Our refrigerated van conversion is made in an innovative thermoforming technology. We use ABS materials, which are more resistant to deformation and abrasion than the commonly used laminate.

We use a new type of insulation, which adheres tightly to the entire surface of thermoformed elements made of ABS. Our PFHP material clinges the internal shape of the base vehicle's body, eliminating potential thermal bridges. Thermal imaging camera tests confirmed that our refrigerated van conversions meet highest industry standards.

Our conversion consists of 8 parts only. There are no unnecessary connections or hidden nooks. The smooth surface of the ABS is easy to clean (also with a pressure washer!). The additional outer surface of PMMA, covered with ABS, prevents the growth of mold or fungi.

We manufacture all elements of our refrigerated van conversions onsite, so each part is carefully matched to the shape of the bodywork. Thanks to our solutions you won’t loose any volume, and in the same time, you’ll gain the maximum amount of space to transport your products in a safe environment.

We offer permanent access to spare parts through our online store, additionally our mobile service supports repairs throughout Poland.
